About Us
Roland is a proven, pragmatic, transformation leader who has successfully delivered projects and programmes for over 20 years.
Coming from an engineering background, he has worked client and supplier side in both permanent and consultant positions for businesses of different sizes and cultures.
Before founding Pragmatist Consulting, Roland was the Director of the Global PMO and then Director of the Global Business Transformation Office at NTT Security where he was responsible for shaping and delivering the post merger integration of 3 businesses to form NTT Security. He was also the Global Business Transformation Office Director, where he provided change, portfolio, and business transformation advisory to NTT Security’s executive leadership team.
Before NTT Security, Roland worked for Verizon, DAV Management, Vodafone, NEC, Samsung and GEC-Marconi in a permanent capacity, and as business change consultant to Myriad, Global Crossing and Thomson Reuters.
